By Data we mean those requested in the CV data collection form, such as, for example, name, surname, address, telephone number, email, etc., communicated by you when filling out the data collection form relating to your self-candidacy and/or those that you consider useful in order to allow Kask Spa an adequate evaluation of your application.

SENSITIVE DATA
If expressly approved by you, you may provide Kask Spa with data that the law defines as "sensitive" in that they are suitable for detecting your general state of health and suitability for carrying out certain tasks.

RETENTION PERIOD
The personal data you have provided us with in order to carry out research and selection activities will be kept for no longer than 12 months. You will be notified of the expiry date at the e-mail address you have provided and if you do not wish to renew your application, your data will be deleted

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
Your personal data will be made accessible only to those who, within Kask Spa, need it due to the task carried out or the hierarchical position held. These subjects will be appropriately instructed in order to avoid loss, access to the data by unauthorised subjects, and processing that is not in compliance with the purposes

METHODS OF PROCESSING
The data received may be processed in digital or analogue (paper) format

PERSONS AUTHORISED TO PROCESS DATA
The Data may be processed by the employees of the business functions assigned to the pursuit of the above-mentioned purposes, who have been expressly authorised to do so and have received adequate operating instructions

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Personal data will not be transferred and stored in countries outside the European Union. Your personal data will never be published, displayed or made available to/consulted by unspecified parties

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
By contacting the Data Controller via email at privacy@kask.com, or by sending a registered letter to Kask Spa with registered office in Chiuduno (BG) Via Firenze 5, you may revoke the consent given at any time as well as ask Kask Spa for access to the Data that concern you, their cancellation, the correction of inexact Data, the integration of incomplete Data, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the GDPR as well as to oppose processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before revocation;

- Where the processing is based on consent and is carried out by automated means, you also have the right to receive the Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another controller without hindrance

- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Member State in which you reside, which in Italy is the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (Italian Data Protection Authority)
