KASK BOLSTERS ITS US ATHLETE SPONSORSHIP IN CYCLOCROSS AND TRIATHLON

KASK have partnered with two-time Triathlon World Cup Champion Andy Potts who has generated an impressive 57+ first place finishes in over 200 races. He has been an Ironman 70.3 Champion 28 times and Ironman Champion seven times, as well as winning ‘US Triathlete of the year, not once, but four times!

Andy won Ironman Canada in 2016 and also started ‘Andy Potts Racing’, which is an organization dedicated to bettering the sport of triathlon. He will use his many years of coaching and racing experience to help each athlete in his care exceed their goals.

Throughout 2018 he will be competing and training in KASK’s Protone, Infinity, Bambino Pro and Mistral helmet, with key races including Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga, the Ironman World Championships, and the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon.

Alongside Andy, KASK are also supporting professional triathlete Matt Hanson. After triumphing with a first place in Ironman North American Championships – IMTX and Ironman 70.3 Coeur d’Alene in 2017, he will be wearing the Protone, Infinity, Bambino Pro and Mistral and will be looking to podium in Ironman Chattanooga 70.3, Ironman Coeur d’Alene 70.3 and the Ironman World Championships 2018.

Continuing their support of US athletes, KASK is delighted to continue their support with one of the most decorated female triathletes in history – Leanda Cave. Driven to succeed, Leanda was the first female triathlete in the history of the sport to win both the Ironman Triathlon and Ironman 70.3 World Championship in the same year.

This season she will be wearing the Protone, Infinity and Bambino Pro and will be competing in races such as 70.3 Pan American Championships, 70.3 Monterrey in Mexico, 70.3 Costa Rica and the Ironman World Championships 2018.

Cyclocross legend and four-time US National Cyclocross Champion Jeremy Powers will be wearing KASK Protone and Infinity in races such as the Cyclocross National Championships where he came second by only a few seconds in 2017 and will continue to fight for the top spot on the podium at races such as NBX and Gloucester Cyclocross.

Another athlete that KASK are supporting in cyclocross is 14-time national champion Katie Compton. She has won the USA Cycling Cyclocross National Championships Elite Women's title in an unbroken 14-win streak every season from 2004 to 2018, and amassed 23 World Cup wins and four medals at the Cyclocross World Championships, as well as 130+ UCI wins, making her the most successful US Cyclocross athlete.

In 2018, Compton became the first non-European to win the DVV Trofee overall. She also won a silver medal at the World Championships in the Netherlands following a thrilling battle with Worls Champion Sanne Cant. This season she will be wearing the Protone and Infinity.
