Does KASK offer a Crash Replacement Program?

KASK believes in safety first. If you happen to have an accident, it is extremely important that you replace your helmet although it may still look intact.

If a KASK helmet is crashed and/or damaged in an accident, KASK will offer a discount for the purchase of a new helmet as follows:

 

CYCLING and SNOW products

40% discount up to 2 years from the purchase date of the damaged helmet.

 

HORSE RIDING products

30% discount up to 1 year from the purchase date of the damaged helmet.

20% discount up to 2 years from the purchase date of the damaged helmet.

 

The crash replacement policy is only valid once per purchased helmet.

It is required to email info@kask.com with all the information below and CRASH REPLACEMENT as the subject.

The crash replacement request will not be processed if the information below is incomplete.

Once the complete information has been sent, KASK will reply within 5 working days approving or refusing the request.
Upon approval of the request, a discount code will be sent with a validity of 90 days from receipt, which can be used to purchase a new helmet exclusively on the kask.com website.
